Do we need a diagnosis?
No. Parents may enquire based on developmental concerns. The team will advise whether assessment or another next step is suitable.
Can a new client buy a package immediately?
No. New clients must complete intake and receive assessment or authorised approval first.
Can appointments be changed?
Free rescheduling normally requires at least 3 days' notice. The uploaded Fee Structure 2026 emergency and weekend conditions apply to late changes.
Can we attend another branch?
Yes, when approved and available. Home Branch and Session Branch are recorded separately.
How long are packages valid?
The current default is 60 days, but the exact expiry date shown on the approved package governs.
