Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Clear rules for families and therapists.
Bookings are non-refundable. Free rescheduling normally requires at least 3 days' notice and remains subject to package validity and slot availability.
At least 3 days' notice
Eligible cancellations or changes may be rescheduled without a rescheduling fee.
Weekday emergencies
A late weekday change may be considered for sudden illness, urgent medical attention, a transport accident, bereavement or another unavoidable emergency.
Weekend late changes
A late weekend session may move to an available weekday slot without charge. Moving it to another weekend slot may require a rescheduling fee; ask our team for the current policy.
No-show
Arrival more than 30 minutes after the session start is recorded as a no-show. The session credit is consumed and is non-refundable.
Centre cancellation
Admin- or therapist-cancelled appointments do not consume a client credit.
Validity and conflicts
Bookings cannot extend beyond package expiry. Therapist, client and room double-booking is prevented.
