Privacy Notice
How Kidsaurus handles personal, website and clinical information.
Child, parent, therapy and clinical information is treated as sensitive personal data. Website usage analytics is collected on a first-party, privacy-friendly basis.

What we collect
Contact details, child information, developmental concerns, consent records, appointments, payments, attendance and authorised clinical documentation.
Why we use it
To review enquiries, deliver services, coordinate care, process payments, meet legal obligations and communicate with families.
Website analytics
We record public page views, session-based visitor counts, page paths, device category, language and broad referral source to improve the website. We do not store raw IP addresses or use a cross-site advertising identifier.
Developmental test submissions
When a parent gives consent and completes the developmental test, the submitted contact details, child details, age group and answers are stored securely so authorised Kidsaurus staff can review the result and provide follow-up.
Access and correction
Parents may request access to or correction of their information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal limits.
Security
Access is restricted by role, branch and therapist assignment. Records are archived rather than casually deleted, and important actions are logged.
Development status
This private staging system uses fictional demo data only and must not receive real clinical data until the security and PDPA review is approved.
